Great customer care

Wow I wished every time I enter a shop I encounter such great service. <br> <br> First it was our Sales Rep Jacob he took his time showing around us giving us our initial quote. He even followed up with a phone call a few days later and thus when we went to actually buy we requested specifically for him and he was great once again, we spent over 4 hours in the shop until closing time and he was still there, the guy didn't even have lunch helping us.<br> <br> Then came the manager Sibusiso who went out of his way to make sure were happy, even if we came back for exchanges and/or refunds during our home improvement project he was ever willing to assist and always has a smile on his face.<br> <br> Kudos to Jacob & Sibusiso!<br> <br> Over and above these 2 gentlemen, the staff at CTM Lonehill is generally great and treat customers with great respect and are very welcoming.<br> <br> Keep it up everyone!
