Go buy somewhere else, we do not need any more customers.

For whatever it is worth, I decided to waste more of my time to write this review.

I am fully aware that CTM do not bother to respond to, maybe not even read, these posts.

On Thursday 30th March 2017 at 10h45
I called in at the CTM store in Port Elizabeth to buy an Ezeestat 2 - 3.4 kW Thermostat for the under tile floor heating which I bought from CTM a few years back.
No one at the store seemed to know what I was talking about.
Eventually someone suggested that I speak to Clayton Daniels.
Clayton wasn't in the store, I was given his cellphone number.
(no one at the store offered to phone Clayton and find out about the product that I was looking to buy)

So at 11h10 I phoned Clayton from my own cellphone.
He was driving and asked me to send him my details and he would check on stock and phone me when he got back to the store.

At 13h53, I sent Clayton the following WhatsApp:
"Hi Clayton
I phoned you this morning about the thermostat.
Is your email still [deleted]?"

I received no reply.

At 14h20, I phoned the store to speak to Clayton.
I was told that Clayton was busy with a client.
I left my name and number but my call was not returned.

At 15h40, I decided to send the e-mail to [deleted] anyway.

I received no reply.

On Friday 31st March, at about 12h50, I phoned the store and asked to speak to the manager.
I was told to hold on the line.

Five minutes after waiting I put the phone down and decided to send an e-mail to both the "service" and "sales" e-mails at CTM.

I received "Read" receipts but have to date not received any written reply to my e-mails.

Someone called me before the Easter weekend. I was travelling and told him that I would be back in town after the Easter weekend.

Haven't heard from him.

You guys must really be doing well, you clearly don't need any more customers.

Why do you bother to advertise?
