Get sales assistants with less arrogance and better ways of working with customers
Every time I walk into CTM Paarden Eiland / Ysterplaat I have to deal with this sales assistant named Aladdin Robile. What an absolute ******!!! He is soooo unfriendly and arrogant. He never smiles with customers, he will never say "hello", "goodbye" or "thank you". He just goes around showing people how arrogant he can be. WAKE UP!!! You're in a customer-serving business and the face of CTM Paarden Eiland.
He dealt with a couple ahead of me in the line. They were keeping it light-hearted and casual with him....he didn't even crack a smile and hardly said anything to them.
If he doesn't like working there he should just leave. If he's unhappy about work conditions or pay, maybe CTM should pay him more so that we, as customers, don't have to live with his arrogance and unfriendliness!!
