furious customer

I bought a shower door on line in November 2021 and till this day still haven't received my order. The storeroom manager called me in November to collect the order when I got to the store it was the wrong order. He promised that they will rectify the matter. I was called again in January to collect my order after numerous calls to the shop only to get there and still it was the wrong order. I was then called saying they will get me the right order during that same week and they will deliver it. Till this day I still haven't received my order. The customer service is beyond bad and the staff are not doing their work. I am furious at CTM and disgraced at the service I have received. I have paid for a shower door in November 2021 and have not received it and it is February 2022, what a disgrace.
