Buying from CTM Somerset West is a pleasant experience, BUT that’s where it stops!

We built a bathroom just over a year ago. Last week the fasteners on the toilet lid gave in. Not normally much of a problem, things like this happen from time to time; just go in and buy new fasteners. Wrong!!!!

CTM insists you buy the entire toilet lid- which has a separate set of fasteners included in the box with the lid!

I feel like I have been shafted good and proper

Instead of Rand or two for two small bolts, two washers and two wing nuts

R749.90 was ******ed from my wife

When I asked to speak to the manager I was informed that no manager was available.

I followed up with customer services in the week and got a one-liner saying, "We however do not sell *****s separately . Toilet seats are sold separately as spares and the price will always vary based on the type of toilet that was purchased."

Feels like theft to me!
