Faulty tap

I bought a tap from TCM Southgate after 3 month the tap was leaking. I called the branch an notify them they asked for my details and promise to dispatch a technician to fix my tap we are in December, I'm still waiting for the technician and the tap is causing more damage on the kitchen unit because of your faulty tap. So who must fix the kitchen unit because your faulty tap is leaking water.
