Extremely poor service in the delivery end of CTM

I ordered some products from CTM. The scheduled delivery was meant to be Saturday. They didnt have my aluminium strips and promised to deliver it this morning first thing. Its 15.31pm. I called them 3 times already. Someone called me an hour ago and I explained that my tiler is already half way done. I said I need it urgently. The gentleman advised the truck cane to my house this morning but no on was home. That was impossible as I live in a complex. So them saying they cane to my door and could find me is *******. Secondly in Saturday they called me.on my cell that's how I opened for them. I'm livered by this experience. To think I pay so much for deliver and to have this happen.
