Extremely Disappointing Experience with CTM Southgate and Neo

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Neo at CTM Southgate, which has resulted in unnecessary delays and frustration during my house construction. From start to finish, the level of service I received was unacceptable.

My first encounter with Neo was in-store, where she seemed very quick to make a sale. However, things took a turn for the worse upon delivery. Not only were items missing from my order, but they also delivered the wrong tiles, a critical component of my project. When I contacted Neo to address this issue, her response was both surprising and disappointing. She claimed that they didn't have the tiles I originally ordered in stock, and without consulting me, she made a decision to substitute them with something similar. This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.

What was even more disheartening was Neo's shifting narrative. When I requested to speak with a manager to address the situation, her story suddenly changed. She accused me of asking for the incorrect tiles and even went so far as to suggest that I was lying about my initial order. This blatant inconsistency in her communication only added to my frustration.

The problems didn't end there. CTM Southgate's response to the situation was equally disappointing. They cited excuses such as rain and traffic as reasons for their inability to promptly deliver the correct tiles. This lack of urgency and accountability is inexcusable and has further delayed my house construction, costing me valuable time and money.

In conclusion, my experience with Neo and CTM Southgate has been nothing short of a nightmare. The poor service, incorrect orders, shifting stories, and lack of urgency in resolving issues have resulted in a tremendous inconvenience. I strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with Neo and CTM Southgate, as this level of service is unacceptable and should not be tolerated.
