Exceptional Service From the Store-manager Kershen

Good Day, I do make use of the CTM store at Umhlanga (KZN) On previous occasion it was noted that the service was not that exceptional from staff to management however on my recent visit I have notice a huge change relating to customer service. I somehow first time had some issues with my tiles that I purchased and escalated my complaint to the store and dealt with the store-manager Kershen. What can I say that he is a gentleman with the right attitude and certainly knows what customer service is all about and what going the extra mile for a customer is all about. End results is that you have a happy customer that will continue to support you. To senior managers (exco, opco) reward this guy (store manager of the year) as he is doing a great job. I seen him on the floor interacting with customers. Welldone and believe that where compliment is due one should receive it.
