Exceptional Quality Client Service

I visited the store on Tuesday and was assisted by Stephen in buying the Tiles I needed, I must say he was of great assistance. I saw the tiles online at a lesser price and there was a huge price difference in Store. He then assisted with getting me the material I needed at the price I saw online, which was much cheaper, Thank You so much Stephen.

I then made returns at the store today of the extra material that was left and was assisted by Mthokozisi (Phoyisa) who without any doubt was willing to assist me take out the heavy Tiles & cements from my boot, he did it without complaining, Thank You so so so much, I really appreciate it.

Then Tito took over ensuring that all the material was returned without any hassles, He has great client service even though he didn't have a pen, so I gifted him with a pen lol Thank You Tito.
