Exceptional Customer Service
CTM is quite a big organization so when things go wrong you expect to fend for yourself. Mpho Mabena ensured that I feel like a VIP customer and fixed my online order glitch. He was both patient and professional. Thank you for an outstanding customer service, such is rare in South Africa.
