I wish to commend Mr Eugene Maqhina manager for his professional and excellent service. Mr Maqhina assisted me with the purchase of several products from the CTM store in Springfield Park, Durban. Although I had a problem with one of the products after the purchase, he kept in touch with from the time the problem was reported. He also ensured that I was properly refunded.
