Excellent service from Lerato at CTM Eastgate
I have been blown away by the excellent service I received from a young lady named Lerato at CTM Eastgate. Her effeciency is highly commendable and I just had to take the time out to rave about her. She made my shopping experience incredible. She was friendly, knowledgeable, unbelievably efficient, went the extra mile in assisting and has exceptional sales skills. She maximized every selling opportunity and twisted my arm to purchase even those things I had planned to buy elsewhere. She is a star and truly an asset to the business and I hope she gets the recognition she deserved. She has a positive attitude and I have no doubt that she will go very far in her career. For the sake of giving complete feedback, I must say I was very disappointed by the service I received from the other sales team. I returned to CTM a third time because of having received excellent service from Lerato in the first place. Thankfully, she stepped in the following day and turned things around once again. I am truly impressed by her work ethic. I wish her all the best. Sfiso at the delivery section was also very friendly and efficient.
