Excellent Service
I visited the Port Elizabeth Branch of CTM this morning to purchase a few additional items for a bathroom revamp and was treated to a wonderful display of client service. Laetitia de Kock offered her assistance soon after I entered the store and guided me through the choices in a friendly & courteous manner. It made my day and I applaud Laetitia for going the extra mile.
