Excellent Customer Service

We are in the process of doing a home renovation. It has been difficult deciding on tiles because of all the wonderful options at CTM Northlink and having to juggle timing with the builder. We visited CTM at a very very busy time at the end of the month on a Saturday. Divan was exceptionally patient and helpful. We bought a few sample tiles to take home to try to decide on what is best for our home. On returning he was able to quickly help us with stock levels and encouraged us to get the builder to buy the required number of tiles before stock ran out. He was proactive in letting us know by a phone call. We were very impressed with the whole experience and with excellent and prompt service.
