Excellent Customer Service

<p>I was helped by Mr Eric Dlamini at CTM Empangeni on the 17/12/2016 as I was buying my tiles. later I discovered that I need to buy more tiles as there were short to complete the house. I did phone Mr Dlamini to find out if he does have stock and he told me that tiles were finish but they should be getting new stcok in January 2017 and he promised me to keep on updating me about the tiles. Indeed Mr Dlamini kept on phoning me to update about my tiles, eventually he called me today 15/01/2017 telling me that my tiles will arrived on the 19th of January. What a great customer service from Mr Eric Dlamini and we definetely need Sales Consultant like Mr Dlamini who knows how to service customers.</p>
