Even CTM's quality is a concern

I am disappointed yet again in CTM. It's so sad that one budgets so long to buy tiles and after installation your discover errors. This is the 2nd time around I discover funny marks on my tiles after installation. At first I let it go because the tiles were installed and I thought they would say what can they really do because the tiles are installed already. This time same thing I had them installed last year November but the paint or texture used on the tile is coming off on others it's got spots that don't come off I am just not happy. These were not second had and I am just not happy.
