Empty promises, no delivery

My wife and I bought tiles and bathroom accessories from the Montana branch on Saturday, 8 July. Calvin assisted us in-store, and he was helpful and seemed knowledgeable.

We were promised that our order would be delivered either on Monday or Tuesday. This is where the issues started, as Thabang kept promising my wife that the truck was on its way during the day, only for us to find out that it was in fact not. The order was finally dispatched on Tuesday evening at 6pm after I had a rather frustrating conversation with Thabang, and the truck only reached us just after 8pm. Only for us to find that 100 square meters of our floor tiles was not part of the delivery.

Again we were promised that these additional tiles would be delivered on Wednesday. Again Thabang blatantly **** to my wife during the day.

This has cost me a lot of money to pay tilers to sit around, as well as having to pay my staff overtime to wait for the delivery. If I had know we would be **** to so blatantly I would never have supported your business. In fact, if we hadn't started laying the tiles I would have returned the whole order and demanded a refund as I will not deal with a company who's employees are so disingenuous and *********.
