empty promises for robin at ctm brackenfell

I have a tiling business and done some tiling for a client but turned out that the suppliers tiles was on some tiles 5mm smaller than the other but at that time we have already tiles the clients tv room and passage but the 2 was connected with these 5 mm smaller tiles ,

I have then contacted the manager Robin from ctm brackenfell and as quickly as he could him and the supplier came to site and looked at the tiles and they said (no these tiles are wrong )

I then asked ohk what do I do now and they said that I have to lift all the already layed down tiles and redo the work that me and my 2 guys have done for the two days around 40 squares of tiling ,I then asked who is going to pay me for the extra hours and money I have to pay my guys to do the work for the suppliers tiles that was wrong ,and robin and the supplier said I should just send a reasonable invoice and they would pay me so I came to 1600 for the tiling removed and retiled again ,

I have since almost a month contacted ROBIN from com many many many times via phone and email but all he keeps on saying is he cannot get hold of his supplier for the payment thet he said in the first week on the phone has been approved

I am still waiting until today for my payment but have already paid my guys for the work on that days
