Empty promises and ****************.

I called the CTM sales on Friday 13th November 2020 and talked to the lady by the name of Nakang. Explained my situation about not being able to find the tiles that I had bought 3 weeks prior anywhere in Pretoria and online. I explained to her the timelines. She said to me she will be able to help by sourcing the tiles from JHB branches that have them. She sent the quote and I paid immediately. When I asked when the delivery will be made, she said Monday the 16th. I call her today to find out, she then tells me they will only deliver tomorrow 17th November. Later on I receive an email that says they won’t be delivering and I should wait for the branches in Pretoria to have stock sometime next week. I called her again to explain that I cannot wait another week as I had explained the pressure we are under regarding the timelines. She then said she will talk to Quinton (I don’t know him), and revert back to me. She sent an email demanding more than half of the total order in delivery fees. This is madness. And they have a tag line “Sotho Wena you deserve it”. So I deserve this?
