Emoli Tap no parts CTM not helpful

I bought Emoli tap sometime ago at CTM southgate while I was renovating my bathroom. To my surprise now the tap surf ineeds to be replaced and they simply turned me away they don't have the parts. Those taps are very expensive I dont want to replace the whole tap but just need the water surf they didn't assist me in a professional manner I was expecting that they call the supplier or try to resolve my issue
