****ed off customer

<p>Hello...I am super ****ed off we purchased a items from your branch. the guy assured us the tiles in box not broken and guess what it was.....then he said bring broken pieces and replace it.........and nothing......and what i find utterly disturbing is how ur staff lies.........then top off we purchased a toilet flush top and the thing dont match but came one damn box....joke is u dont notice it until u ****** until u try install it.... are not the same colour......and guess what now we are inconvienced because we cant do anything now..........its bull****.......... ***.........</p>
