Do not use the CTM installation services

CTM offers this Installation Services for tilers and even bathroom renovators. I decided to make use of this service in which I received a quick response. They got a company called ARM Electrical and Plumbing (they also do bathroom renovations) to contact me with a quote. There guys came did what they needed to do and left. This was on a Thursday 4th Feb. No quote was received, so I decided to contact them via WhatsApp stating I need to go to CTM to purchase tiles, they responded with 62m2, I was shocked as my bathroom is only 25m2. Eventually I received a bloated quotation on the 10th Feb (a week later). Before I received this I approached CTM again for another contractor. Even more of a joke. There quote catered for plumbing that did not need to be done so I contacted Jority Nyathi ***ner of this company) to get him to explain. After speaking re submitted a new quote, better. I then accepted their service to have endless problems. This is the sort of people that CTM get to conduct this service. I contacted CTM installation team to ask for my deposit back just to be told that they escalated it to their manager and that they will be in contact with me. I still wait on this so called manager. CTM does not care if the quality of your home is great just as long as they make money off of you. You will not be allowed to purchase products at other non CTM stores as you are told that there will be no warranty. This is sad as CTM does not seem to have stock (Mosaic fix) when you need it. This then hampers the progress of the tiling as you need to find a CTM wo have stock. CTM is not proactive in sourcing the stock and getting it for the customer, the customer has to ask.
