Dissatisfied customer Ridiculous instillation charges

Good day

I purchased a shower door (Product code: Crystal Tec CTGon the 3/3/2019 for the value R1699. I called the number advertised on the shower door display ( ********** 889) for a quotation was informed that it would cost anywhere between R800 to R1400.

Today, I was quoted R1400 to remove the old door and install the new shower door. It will cost me R300 to remove the old door and R1100 to install the new door. I have asked a consultant over the phone to assist with a discount and I was advised that she is unable to assist.

I am truly dissatisfied with CTM as this is their recommended installer.

This is a complete ******* as I am not willing to pay 82% of the items value to have it installed as it will take your installers no more than 1 hour to install the product.

Should a better price on installation not be met, I will be returning this product to CTM and will never do business with them ever again.
