Dissapointed!!!

I recently renovated my en-suite and bought material worth over R20k at the centurion branch. Everything went smoothly and delivery took place on time. 2 weeks ago o realized that that the basin mixer was faulty. I then called the branch early last week and forgot the name of gentleman I spoke to. I explained what the problem was and he logged a call for someone to come have a look at the tap. Said to me the turna round time is 72 hours for someone to contact and make an appointment. It is now over a week later to nothing has happened. I need urgent assistance as this problem is causing my water bill to increase.
