DISHONEST CTM RICHMOND EMPLOYEE

Last week I approached CTM Richmond to buy garage tiles. The sales lady called Pretty showed me the available tiles, but failed to inform me that the tiles she recommended are going to be discontinued. The tiles are beautiful & I bought them., unfortunately more than 12 of the tiles broke when we entered the garage. I now need to replace the tiles and was surprised that the tiles were discontinued.
