Discolouration of tiles Star Grey
Good day unfortunately I won't be able to rate CTM more than one star nor will I recommend people to them. I bought tiles in March 2024 and in June the tiles (Star gray ) seems to loose its colors after numerous attempts from CTM Kimberley where tiles were bought no one seemed to assist in why it happened. I spoke to a lady in customer care services at there Head Office but also just excuses and no help so SORRY CTM Kimberley you won't see me or my money again

20 Jun 2024, 17:34Firstly the salesperson on the floor had to indicate that this tile changes colour. Secondly inform your personnel to tell customers. CTM your quality of your tiles is unfortunately 0. Photos that where sent to me had to be at the store showing one how the tile will look after 3 months. Water marks o please.

We would like to clarify that the star mid grey 600x600 tiles has 9 different faces which is an intentional design characteristic. We assure you that the tiles are not losing color or quality. We apologise for any confusion this may have caused.
