Disappointing

I placed my order online and was phoned by Andrea Marks to help me with my order.. I thought everything was going perfect as she helped me separate my order in two so i could pay half and the other half via mobicred.

After i had waited a week for my order, I had to call and leave her messages to which she wasnt returning my calls. I had to tell a colleague to tell her I would lodge a complaint.

When she phoned back,she said she was not aware that my order wasn't delivered, which is unacceptable! I feel like after she had got her sale,she stopped caring about me. It took two weeks for my order to be delivered, and I had to call the store myself, had them package my order, and the order was wrong the first time 🤦🏾♀️. I emailed her manager and got the correct order delivered the next day.
