Disappointed - CTM Tokai

Purchased a wall hung toilet, cistern and flush plate from CTM Tokai. with installation the toilet pan slips off from the bolts as the fitting that fits onto the bolts has some play in it and we received it from from the store in this condition.

My husband called in thrice now since last week Monday and still no one has called us back. We left messages, called and sent an email with the problem.

We were requested by one of their staff to send a video of the toilet pan and not even a reply to the email. We were told their plumber will then come out and inspect the issue.

Thus far we spoke to 3 staff members and haven't received 1 call. We are now sitting with a toilet pan that is loose in our bathroom.

First time I've visited and purchased from CTM Tokai and I'm very disappointed in this service.
