Didn't get A grade tiles which I paid for

<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; orphans: 1;"><font color="#555555"><font face="Source Sans Pro, Geneva, Verdana, sans-serif"><font style="font-size: 10pt;">On 20 February 2014 and 26 June 2014 I bought A grade tiles (Ambra Grey 35x35 A-Grade). Within the first 2 weeks the tiles s****ed cracking. I got of CTM Somerset West and spoke to Joel who helped a lot, he changed tiles and really did what he could but this problem kept persisting. I am not at wits end with this situation as Joel has informed me (seeing that the tiles keep cracking and is not supposed to as they are supposed to be A Grade tiles), that they are only willing to give me 15% back per square metre and this is absolutely unacceptable. This is not an A Grade tile, the proper thing is to completely replace all the tiles in the house or at least reimburse me 100% of the value plus the increase as this has been 2 years of struggles. I'm highly disappointed in CTM.</font></font></font></p>
