Did not ask for marketing

I spent about 30k at CTM last year and now I'm receiving credit services spam from CTM, offering a loan to upgrade my house.

Doesn't the amount that I already spent indicate that I have already upgraded my house?

I never signed up for marketing and this is real spam. I also subscribe to the national opt out service, so why doesn't CTM first look there or ask for consent before spamming customers?

Please don't make me regret ever purchasing anything from CTM or force me to never buy anything from CTM ever again!!!
