Delayed and no delivery

It is really disappointing that we’ve been to CTM springfield for several days and still we haven’t received our delivery

It’s been over a week and still nothing. We came in and we were told part of the tiles we needed were at prospecting, we came in 6 days later after we didn’t receive any communication, and found that stock was sold and they were now out of stock. We made arrangements to get stock from somewhere else and we were promised delivery the following day. No delivery was made still, we went back again and we were told further stories, and the day ended with no delivery. We went back Sunday still nothing, it’s Monday and we’ve gone back and all we get is we are sorry but yet nothing is being done. This is poor service delivery at its best. If the expectation is for customers to come in and buy, and follow up everyday, then it’s poor a business model and bad service
