Defective Products
<p>We purchased a toilet, basin and shower column from CTM Prospecton.</p> <p> </p> <p>The toilet came with no fittings to mount the seat pan. We phoned and they said to come collect the missing piece. We went and collected it only to come home and find there is still yet another piece missing. We phoned again and this time they gave us a whole new seat from another product, we also purchased the shower column on this trip.</p> <p> </p> <p>Upon arriving at home we notice the shower column is cracked at the top. We decide its not worth making another trip as their customer support is quiet useless and we needed to mount the shower that day.</p> <p> </p> <p>5 month later the shower coloumn hot water pipe actually exploded and the response time from CTM has been appalling. Its as though they made a sale and they dont care thereafter.</p> <p> </p> <p>I WILL NEVER BUY A THING FROM CTM AGAIN!</p>
