Cynthia, CTM Alberton, no cape, but my hero!

What could have been a complaint. Has been turned around into a compliment. I bought tiles from CTM Alberton and unfortunately, they gave me one box of the right tile and three of the wrong tile. When I got home, the tiler had already put the wrong tiles on the wall and then noticed the different colour tile in the remaining box. I already mentally prepared myself for the fight on my hands with CTM Alberton. I called and was referred to the manager, Cynthia. She has really surprised me and did the opposite of what I expected. She was friendly, helpful, understanding. Absolutely Brilliant! Needless to say, she replaced the incorrect tiles, with tile cement, the works, and also the labour of the tiler. Which I'm supposed to go collect. Thank you Cynthia, thank you for assisting and most importantly, for not adding to the stress of the situation.
