I would like to take a moment to recognise the exceptional customer service I consistently receive from Archie and Jabu at CTM Bloemfontein.

Their professionalism, patience, willingness to assist, and genuine commitment to customers are truly commendable. On one occasion, even after I was unable to get the assistance I needed from the store manager, Archie stepped in and went above and beyond to make sure I was assisted. His level of professionalism and customer service is genuinely on another level. People like Archie and Jabu are the kind of employees who make a real difference to a customer's experience. Unfortunately, employees who consistently go the extra mile are sometimes overlooked when opportunities for growth and recognition arise. I sincerely hope their efforts are recognised and appreciated. CTM Bloemfontein is fortunate to have people like Archie and Jabu representing the company.
