CTM's Poor customer service

CTM has been providing me with poor customer service for NEARLY A YEAR!

We remodeled our bathroom and installed Muretto Bianco tiles from CTM. After the builders were finished we noticed that at least 1 box was a different shade. We then contacted CTM and within a month they sent someone out to come and check out the situation. He (For now I'll leave his name out) came and confirmed the difference in colour. They never contacted me again. So this year I called them more than 10 times, every time just to hear: "We'll be in contact." and never actually being contacted. I then went on to email them, and it seemed to work, until they forwarded me to another person and I never heard from them again. I have been asking them if there is any update, but it seems no one has the ability to read and respond to emails.

I spoke to the manager of Paarden Island, believe he was the one that came to our home to confirm but I am unsure.

So here I am, writing a review in hopes that someone can actually help me.
