CTM WHY ARE YOU WASTING MONEY ON USELESS STAFF???

<p>So we are renovating our home and approached CTM for the floor tiles and wall tiles. The wall tiles we saw on the internet and when to the Worcester branch to have a look. The consultant blatently told us No they dont stock it, No they cant get it and No they cant get me a sample. We are buying tiles for our whole house and kitchen and you dont even try to deliver a service at all? At the moment i feel like canceling my order and asking for a refund on my floor tiles - by the way, they dont know when we will have our tiles.... we live 2kms from the store but they hope it will be this wee****!!! It's monday!!! and we live 2kms from the store really????? someone needs to repremand these employees working for a salary but not doing what they are appointed for. well done to CTM for joining the Telkom poor service team. Congratulations! You wont see me again.</p>
