CTM Westgate Bads Service

I ordered tiles telephonically from CTM Westgate and I told the lady via the phone that I needed the tiles collected in the afternoon. She sent me a quote, I paid and forwarded proof of payment just before lunch time. She then calls me after 4 to tell me that I tiles can't be collected today because the amount has not reflected in their bank account. Which was never indicated to me or else I could have done an immediate payment. Meanwhile, I have paid people to drive from Jhb North to the West to pick up and install the tiles the following day. CTM Westgate and CTM customer services basically told me its not their problem and there nothing they can do.
