CTM Watergate useless bunch.

What's the use of having such a big and beautiful store, if your service remains dog poo! I purchased a mirror was told to "wait" they'll fetch it.15 minutes later I'm still waiting (the store was not busy) FOR WHAT!!!! When they finally brought the mirror it's the wrong one. Who the hell has time to waste, clearly CTM Watergate takes pride in wasting a customer's time.

I asked for a refund because I don't appreciate time wasters especially if the item is not free. DAMN PATHETIC SERVICE, I WILL COMPLAIN TO YOUR HEADOFFICE AND ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND TO WHOEVER IS WILLING TO LISTEN. I AM FURIOUS THAT MITCHELLS PLAIN SHOULD ALWAYS GET **** SERVICE LIKE THIS!

Do yourselves a favour and ask the Brights store (opposite you) to render a customer service workshop for your CTM staff. PATHETIC ARE YOU ALL!
