Ctm Vittoria bath tub incident

I won't even give this store a single star called and queried on a bath tub i liked and this store didn't have stock so i said to the manager thulani i will buy it online he said no he will source 1 for me i must give him a few days as i was not in a hurry i agreed i went into the store and paid for it even though it didn't arrive after some thought i decided i didn't want to remove my existing bath tub and asked for a refund and boy was this a traumatic experience the owner of the store Viktor was absolutely verbally abusive he wanted me to pay 2500 for delivery from a ctm store in Newcastle to his store which i was never made aware of initially he swore at me hurled ****** remarks and chased me out his store and refused to pay me back any money is this how store owners treat a female customer i called customer service to complain and liased with angelique who still days later has given me no feedback
