CTM ********* business practices

I supp**** and installed CTM advertising and branding signage to several CTM stores including CTM MENLYN, CTM WATERFALL, CTM THEMBISA during the month of August 2021, all work had been duly signed off by store managers and I still haven't been paid. The company that subcontracted my services to CTM Is Digislevin Branding and the director Jacques Du Plessis insists that CTM refuse to pay for goods and services received in spite of the fact that my work had been signed off by CTM management.
