CTM TILES LIFTING

In October 2018 I bought 200m of Fiesole Rapolana Ivory Ceramic floor tiles from Roodeport Branch. It clearly was sold as ceramic tiles. I bought the more expensive ceramic glue from Build It Krugersdorp. Now a year later tiles are lifting. CTM says it's the glue not the tile. If I bought glue from them they would have guaranteed it but CTM glue double the price. Tylon glue Manufactureres say it's the tiles as they previously had the same problem. Now I'm in the middle and both corporates just pass the buck because they know it's too expensive to litigate.
