CTM tiles experience We were looking for non slip tiles and Visited CTM to support made in South Africa business. We chose one tile as it wasn’t shiny or having smooth surface and looked good for being non slip tile, and it wasn’t cheap, assured by the sales person at the branch that can’t get full non slip and the one we have chosen for our new house is good to go. Meanwhile we learnt afterwards that one can get non slip tiles from other tile companies. Well happy at least we bought the tiles for whole house. Our plumber anyway laughed at CTM products that time and I didn’t understand why. Well, down the line we moved in the house and my autistic son slips and falls in the bathroom couple of times. I slipped once in the bathroom no harm and once in the dining really breaking my back. We didn’t call or complained to CTM. Later one day , we hear a Big Bang in the bathroom and my autistic son falls again and fractures his right arm. That poor child was with broken arm for 3 days with pain as he couldn’t explain to us, finally my wife noticed swellings and took him to Doctor and found out that he fractured his arm and now he is in plaster. This is all due to false statements when selling CTM tiles. Watch out for CTM products. They are inferior and worth not the price we pay. Thank you
