CTM the worse store I ever dealt with

This morning I am writing this message to CTM tile store with so much regret for supporting this business. This business is run by a group of clowns, yesterday I had to receive my online order but body showed, no notification no telecoms phone call nothing, close to business end of business I called in and was told my order is on his way, it left the yard. The next day still nothing, called the store again asking when will I receive my order and was then told the driver sed we sed we not home and its to late, today the installation guys are here to start the tiling job. How does it make any sense knowing the guys will be here 1st thing in the morning, that was the 1st excuse Second excuse was they loaded the tiles and on there way to hours later called again, just to get told they don't know about the order. How stupid can one be. I am really disgusted by the way this is being handled I spoke to three people and all I am told the order is on his way, finally got hold of the driving manager just to find out the truck is on another delivery and my order was never part any deliveries scheduled for today. I will never ever buy anything or recommend anybody to this store.if I could give you no stars I would
