CTM terrible service

We have renovated our entire house and bought everything that we needed at CTM. We have used the Futura absolute grey tile that is now discontinued. We have found that Swaziland is the only store that has the tiles available and we have requested approximately 10 square meters to be sent here to Pretoria. We will even pay for the transport. I have been dealing with a sales person in Centurion who doesn’t come back to me. The manager never returned my call and everyone is saying they can’t help me. What kind of service is this? I will not refer anyone to your store and the next step is social media unless someone can assist us to order the tiles that we need to tile the rest of our house.
