CTM taunt you we you ask for discount (don't know why they advertise sale)
Went to CTM in Strijdom park for a toilet seat, wash basin + cabinet plus tiles. I asked the person who was helping me if there is a discount on it and he then is taunting me and saying will you pay me a tip. For me it was insulting in the way the person was behaving. I cancelled my order and left the store

14 Jul 2023, 15:18Thank you for your response, it is the manner in which the sales person was talking and also I have never heard someone asking for tip unless it is a restaurant industry. Also on the prices I have bought from CTM after this incident around 9K rands which shows I was there with the intend to buy. If you want I can send you the proof of my purchases after this incident - share the email if where I can send it
