CTM takes no responsibility

We went to CTM Port Shepstone to purchase flooring and were helped by a very nice Sales lady Natasha. She was amazing she advised us on what to purchase . We told her we needed someone to tile and did CTM have any people they would recommend. She gave us a name of a guy called Koert Henning who came to see us and promised to do the work once he received the deposit. I was very nervous to just deposit the money as his quotation had no physical address eventually because he was referred to us by CTM I did the deposit. He arrived the next morning after confirming he could do the job in a week {7th December 2017)at 10 am with 2 workers and a young boy of about 15 years of age they did the work while he smoked outiside. He wanted to put the laminate flooring in before the tiles which did not make sense and the shower door wasn't on yet and water would run from there under the flooring. i insisted he tile first (when I got there they had already ripped all our meranti skirting out which did not need to be taken out problem 1) they then took off our back kitchen door(we dont have security gates) and bathroom doors and app**** bonding liquid to the laundry, bathrooms and laundry areas. He then said he would see us on the Monday 11th December as it took 2 days for the liquid to dry and that he had other work so would not be completing the whole job in the week as discussed just the tiling . I asked him if he could not come back the Saturday but he said no because of his religion he couldn't work on the weekend. I asked about our security as we would have to be without a backdoor and he rep**** there was nothing he could do. I called CTM to ask how long it takes bonding liquid to dry and they said 24hours. I called him back telling him what i had found out and he got very abusive. I told him we would have to get someone else to do the job as his behaviour was inexcusable and it is not safe to sleep with no doors could he please refund our 50 % deposit minus his hours for work done on the 7th from 10am to 2pm. I called Natasha to report this and she did try and talk to him but he wanted to hear nothing. I then called Claude Naude and asked him to assist us with a physical address so that we could send the Sherrif of the court there, he gave us an address but there is no one there by this name. We spent around R72 000 with CTM and used their referral. CTM is still supplying him with stock and delivering to his sights with absolutely zero recall.
