CTM SPRINGFIELD PARK, degrading the CTM name

I went to this store to purchase grout. I had to stand for 20 minutes without assistance or a cashier to make payment. Every sales consultant i asked for assistance said they busy. I asked for a manager and all the sales assistants ignored my request. Finally the guy working in the coffee shop assisted me. I am disgusted at the level or customer service and professionalisn this store has.
