CTM Southgate - bad customer service

What useless service. Fast to make a sale but slow to react to a customer complaint. I purchased a corner bath with jets. Installation was completed just to find that it's not working. Went back into the branch to lay a complaint because they couldn't do an online / over the phone complaint. An email was apparently sent before 9 yesterday to the supplier "Aqua" to send someone out. I have called CTM 3 times today and my sales person Sipho can not confirm the turnaround times nor give me the suppliers details for me as the customer to follow up because clearly they cant or dont care after the sale is made.
