CTM shocking service.

Good day. I would like to complain and warn potential clients about the shocking service that I have received from CTM Roodeport. I purchased merchandise from CTM on the 10th of May, organized and paid for delivery for today the 14th of May. Not only did they not deliver today, but they did not inform me or make any kind of contact indicating that there would be no delivery today. The contractors were suppose to start tomorrow and now can not continue until the delivery has arrived. Now not only do I have to make new arrangements for someone to be available for the drop off, but also incurring extra costs with the contractor because there is no material available for them to carry on work tomorrow. This is totally unacceptable and would not recommend CTM.
